You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the pbexch registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and payment method details. pbexch reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any registration information at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pbexch login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements on pbexch are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pbexch does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions.
Note: pbexch will never request payment of any fee as a condition of releasing a withdrawal. If you are asked to pay a fee to release funds, please contact pbexch support immediately as this may be a fraudulent approach.
By confirming a bet on pbexch, you agree to be bound by the outcome of the relevant market settlement. All bets are final once confirmed. pbexch does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error ("Palpable Error") has occurred, as determined at pbexch's sole discretion.
pbexch reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error — including typographical errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a palpable error is identified after settlement, pbexch will endeavour to notify affected Members and correct the settlement accordingly.
pbexch may suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events. Bets placed before a market suspension will generally stand unless otherwise specified. pbexch reserves the right to void any market in its entirety where the integrity of the event is in doubt or where an event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered in its format prior to completion.
For PSL and international cricket markets, match winner bets will be settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances will be voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis result has been officially declared, in which case pbexch will settle in accordance with the declared result.
pbexch operates as a peer-to-peer betting exchange. Back bets and lay bets are matched against other Members of the Platform. pbexch charges a commission on net winnings from each market, at the rate displayed within the Platform at the time of betting. Commission rates are subject to change with notice to Members.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available to pbexch Members are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all pbexch bonuses.

You may request the closure of your pbexch Account at any time by contacting pbexch support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding wagering obligations. Where pbexch closes an Account due to breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, pbexch reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pbexch is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pbexch Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pbexch support.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body applicable to pbexch's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
